Welcome

I believe therapy should feel like a safe place where you can be yourself, talk openly, and feel truly heard. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I work hard to create a space that feels comfortable, warm, and judgment-free.

I work with children, teens, and adults who may be going through a difficult time, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wanting things to feel a little different.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients understand what they’re experiencing, build practical tools, and find ways to move forward.

I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Everyone has their own story, strengths, and challenges, and I want to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you and focus on the changes that matter most.

My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more understood, more confident, and better equipped to handle whatever comes your way. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out—sometimes, taking that first step is enough.

A Little About Me

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me spending time with my dogs. I’m a big dog lover and believe there’s something pretty special about the comfort, joy, and unconditional love they bring into our lives. I enjoy the simple things—good company, time with loved ones, and finding little moments of joy in everyday life. I think bringing that same warmth and authenticity into my work helps me connect with clients on a genuine, human level.
